The upgraded receiver has two detecting mode. When the 512hz signal is weak, you can choose the far mode (Detecting Distance: 23 feet). When the 512hz signal is strong, you can choose the near mode(Detecting Distance: 13 feet). Also, detachable compact design makes it portable to anywhere you want.
